Web Site Accessibility
This site has been designed from the ground up using current standards for Web site design and incorporates techniques that render it accessible to as wide a range of people, technologies and devices as possible.
The baseline for accessibility that we use is derived from the W3C/WAI "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines" (WCAG for short) version 1.0 Level AA. We also incorporate other techniques and best practice solutions derived from experience and other sources.
There are absolutely no tables used for layout purposes so you will not have to take this in to account if you are using a text only browser or screen reader.
Structural elements such as headings, paragraphs and lists are used correctly and so can be used effectively for navigation or skimming in screen readers.

For Non-visual Users
For non-visual users, every page within this site has the main navigation block placed at the start of the page. The very first element on each page is a link that will allow you to skip to the main content area.
For Keyboard Only Users
If you are using a keyboard only, each page is arranged sufficiently to allow you to tab through in a logical order. Navigation comes first followed by content. There are some hidden links for non-visual users, so you will have to tab four times to hit the first visible link on each page.
